Jeff started his career with entrepreneurial thinking and a lot of determination. That’s the “hard way” to get things done. Today he works with two coaches himself and firmly believes in coaching to combine the unique perspective of an expert with your unique capabilities to solve problems and quickly move to a higher level.

As your coach, Jeff is your friend and advisor that “walks with you” to achieve the results you want. He takes a strategic approach by starting with the big picture to ensure there is a balance maintained between your professional goals and personal life. Most importantly, he holds you accountable.
